We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our brand new coffee shop called Mint at the O2 arena. Join our team in creating exceptional coffee experiences for our customers. If you have a passion for coffee and enjoy providing excellent customer service, we would love to hear from you.
Duties:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and speciality drinks
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitisation standards in the coffee preparation area
- Operate coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines and grinders
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service while upholding company standards
- Assist in food preparation and serving when required
Qualifications:
- Strong time management skills to handle peak hours effectively
- Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure hygienic food handling
- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently when needed
- Previous experience as a Barista is required - min 8 months
