Feat4 Belfast is looking for a full-time Front of House / Retail Assistant to join our opening team.
This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK’s newest premium padel club brands from day one and help shape the member and guest experience within our flagship Belfast club.
As one of the first faces members and guests see when they arrive, you will play a key role in creating the atmosphere, energy and community that define Feat4. From welcoming players and managing bookings to supporting retail sales and club events, you will help deliver an experience that members want to return to.
At Feat4, front of house is at the heart of the club experience. We are building spaces where people come to play, connect, compete and spend time together both on and off the court.
We are looking for someone who can deliver warm service, confident communication and consistent standards in a busy premium sports club environment.
The Role
You will work closely with the Club Manager and wider club team to deliver an exceptional member experience throughout the week.
Your day will include:
- Welcoming members and guests in a friendly, energetic and professional manner
- Managing court bookings, memberships, coaching enquiries and club check-ins
- Supporting the day-to-day operation of reception and front of house
- Processing retail sales and assisting members with product recommendations
- Maintaining a clean, organised and well-presented reception and retail environment
- Supporting club events, socials, tournaments and member activities
- Answering phone, email and in-person enquiries efficiently and professionally
- Building strong relationships with members and contributing to a welcoming club culture
- Supporting café and hospitality operations during busy periods when required
- Working closely with the wider Feat4 team to ensure a seamless experience across all areas of the club
Delivering excellent customer service while maintaining high operational standards is fundamental to this role. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.

Previous experience in hospitality, retail, reception, leisure or another customer-facing environment is preferred.
