Job Title: CNC Machinist (Mills or Lathes)
Pay: £35,000 - £42,000 per year
Location: In person, Near Poole, Manufacturing Facility
Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced CNC Machinist with expertise in either CNC Mills or CNC Lathes to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent role offering a 4-day work week and competitive benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set, operate, and program CNC machines.
- Work with Heidenhain and/or Fanuc controls.
- Produce precision components to tight tolerances.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a CNC Machinist (Mills or Lathes).
- Familiarity with Heidenhain or Fanuc controls (advantageous).
- Mastercam experience is a bonus.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
Working Hours & Benefits:
- 4-day work week (Monday to Thursday), 39 hours.
- Flexible start and finish times (06:30 to 17:30).
