External Cleaner – Wheatsheaf Walk
Working Hours: 2 hours per day
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Duties and Responsibilities
The external cleaner will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and general appearance of Wheatsheaf Walk. Duties will include:
- Litter picking throughout the designated areas of Wheatsheaf Walk.
- Removing litter, rubbish and debris from walkways and surrounding areas.
- Cleaning and maintaining all designated external areas.
- Emptying or reporting any overflowing bins as required.
- Removing leaves and other visible debris from the designated areas.
- Ensuring pathways and communal external areas are kept clean, tidy and presentable.
- Reporting any damage, hazards, fly-tipping or maintenance issues identified while carrying out cleaning duties.
- Ensuring all cleaning equipment and materials are used safely and stored appropriately after use.
The cleaner will work 2 hours per day, Monday to Saturday, with the aim of maintaining a consistently clean, safe and presentable environment for residents, visitors and the general public.
Pay: £12.71-£13.45 per hour
