We’re building something exciting — opening new locations across Central London, and we’re looking for a Supervisor who leads from the front, brings great energy to the team, and is passionate about delivering standout hospitality.

As a Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in leading shifts, supporting your team on the floor, and making sure every guest leaves with an amazing JENKI experience.
What you’ll do:
- Lead by example on shift, bringing energy, positivity, and warmth to every interaction
- Support the management team in the smooth day-to-day running of the store
- Take ownership of shift management — ensuring service runs efficiently and to a high standard
- Coach and support team members in the moment to deliver their best work
- Be a people person who builds strong connections with both team and guests
- Ensure drinks quality and service standards are consistently excellent
- Step in wherever needed to support the team and keep things flowing
Who you are:
- A natural team leader who enjoys supporting and motivating others
- Experience in hospitality or retail, ideally with some shift-leading responsibility
- Friendly, proactive, and confident taking ownership on shift
- Organised and reliable, with strong attention to detail
- Passionate about great service and being part of a growing brand
