Senior Property Manager
Location: Waterloo, Liverpool (office based with property visits as required)
Salary: £28,000–£30,000 per year (depending on experience) + commission

We're looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our friendly and professional team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building strong client relationships and have a solid understanding of residential lettings legislation, we'd love to hear from you.
Please note: You must have at least 2 years' experience in residential property management and a good working knowledge of current lettings legislation to be considered.
The Role
You'll manage a portfolio of residential and HMO properties, ensuring landlords and tenants receive an excellent service while maintaining compliance and overseeing property maintenance. You'll also support junior team members and help deliver the high standards our clients expect.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of residential and HMO properties
- Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
- Coordinate maintenance from report through to completion
- Ensure properties remain compliant with current legislation
- Handle tenancy matters, inspections and deposit disputes
- Maintain accurate property records and CRM systems
- Deliver outstanding customer service and support landlord retention
- Assist in mentoring junior members of the team
What We're Looking For
Essential
Minimum 2 years' experience in residential property management
Strong knowledge of lettings legislation
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Experience managing contractors and maintenance issues
Ability to prioritise a busy workload
Full UK driving licence
Desirable
ARLA Propertymark qualification
HMO management experience
Experience using Reapit, Fixflo or similar software

Monday to Friday, 9.00am–5.00pm
Saturday rota (10.00am–3.00pm) with a day off in lieu the following week
