Job Title: Sales Negotiator
Location: Newton Mearns, Glasgow
Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm
We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious property professional to join our successful Newton Mearns sales team and play a key role in our continued growth.
As a Sales Negotiator, you'll take ownership of the sales journey from instruction through to completion, providing an exceptional experience for both buyers and sellers along the way. You'll be responsible for marketing properties, negotiating offers and guiding clients through every stage of the process to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll build strong relationships with clients, applicants and professional contacts, becoming a trusted adviser within the local property market. You'll stay informed about market trends and developments, using your knowledge and networking skills to identify and generate new business opportunities.
You'll also utilise our market-leading systems and reporting tools to manage customer information effectively, track performance and maximise results. Social media will play an important part in your role, providing an opportunity to showcase properties, engage with prospective buyers and raise your profile within the local market through creative and engaging content.
You'll be a motivated and customer-focused property professional with previous sales experience and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service. Whether you're already an established Sales Negotiator or looking to take the next step in your property career, we'd love to hear from you.
You'll be a confident communicator who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities and helping clients achieve their property goals. Naturally organised and proactive, you'll thrive in a busy environment, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
We're looking for someone who brings enthusiasm, resilience and a positive mindset to everything they do.
