Assistant General Manager
Central Glasgow | £35,000 + Tips
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and people-focused Assistant General Manager to join our busy food, drink and events venue in the heart of Glasgow.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves building great teams, cares deeply about quality food and drink, and knows how to create an amazing atmosphere and memorable experiences for every guest.
Working closely with the General Manager, you’ll help lead the day-to-day operation of the venue, motivate and develop the team, maintain high standards and ensure every service and event runs smoothly.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has management experience in hospitality, ideally within a busy restaurant, bar or events venue
- Is a confident and supportive team leader
- Is passionate about excellent food, drink and customer service
- Can create a positive, energetic environment for guests and colleagues
- Is organised, commercially aware and comfortable working in a fast-paced venue
- Leads by example and takes pride in delivering consistently high standards
