We are looking for a friendly, confident and practical person to join our team as a Weekend Showroom & Sales Assistant.
Based primarily in our showroom, you’ll help customers explore our range of wellbeing and lifestyle products, including hot tubs, saunas, swim spas, ice baths and fitness/recovery products.
This is more than a traditional retail assistant position. You’ll help look after the showroom, talk to customers about what they’re looking for, provide product advice and help turn enquiries into sales.
For the right person, there is also the opportunity to work an additional day during the week, helping with servicing, preparation, deliveries and installations – making this a varied role for someone who enjoys both working with people and getting hands-on.
Working Hours
The main hours for the position are:
- Saturday: 10:00am – 5:00pm
- Sunday: 10:00am – 4:00pm
- Potential for one additional weekday
The core position is approximately 13 hours per week, with the opportunity for additional hours depending on availability and the needs of the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming customers into the showroom
- Finding out what customers are looking for and helping them choose suitable products
- Talking customers through our hot tubs, saunas and other wellbeing products
- Handling sales enquiries and helping convert enquiries into sales
- Keeping the showroom clean, tidy and presented to a high standard
- Making sure displays and products are ready for customers
- Taking responsibility for the showroom during weekend opening hours
- Helping with general day-to-day showroom duties
- Potentially assisting with hot tub servicing, preparation, deliveries and installations during weekday hours
Who We’re Looking For
Previous hot tub or wellbeing industry experience isn’t necessary – full product training will be provided.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, approachable and confident talking to customers
- Comfortable selling without being pushy
- Reliable and capable of working independently
- Proactive – someone who sees what needs doing and gets on with it
- Naturally clean and tidy with good attention to presentation
- Practical and happy to get hands-on
- Interested in health, fitness, wellbeing or lifestyle products
- Keen to learn about the products we sell
Previous sales, retail or customer service experience would be useful, but attitude and personality are just as important.
A practical background or willingness to help our engineers with servicing and installations would be a definite advantage.
Pay
Hourly paid – rate dependent on experience.
There may also be the opportunity to earn additional sales-related bonuses/commission.

We’re a small, friendly team, so this isn’t a role where you’ll simply stand behind a counter waiting for customers.
