Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dependable Delivery Driver/Labourer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely delivering products to various locations while also assisting with general labour tasks around our facility and occasionally on site. Your enthusiasm and strong work ethic will contribute to smooth operations, excellent customer service, and a positive team environment. Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles for local deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate drop-offs
- Load and unload goods
- Assist with office and construction yard tasks such as inventory management, sorting, and organizing supplies
- Communicate clearly with team members and customers to coordinate delivery schedules and address any issues
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs promptly
- Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws during deliveries and while working on-site
- Support the team with general labour duties as needed to maintain a clean and organized work environment
Skills
- Proven delivery driver experience with a clean driving record
- Valid driver’s license is required
- CSCS card is desirable
- Strong driving skills with knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations
- Experience working for a construction company, in the green roofing and landscaping sector or similar environment is a plus
- Ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly while maintaining safety standards
- Knowledge of basic and construction materials is a plus
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members and customers
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow detailed instructions in a fast-paced setting
