Summary
We are seeking an Operations Assistant to join our dynamic team at The Heron Country Club. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while maintaining high standards of service across our facilities. Your leadership will be key in driving the success of our hospitality offerings.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for restocking shop and vending machines for the next day
- Clean buggies and put them on charge as they return to the clubhouse
- Clean Electric Trollies and put batteries on charge
- Maintain a high standard of customer service
- Meet the requirements of the closing shift check list
- On Course marshalling managing pace of play
- Complete on course duties
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or leisure industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with guests and staff.
- Demonstrated ability in managing operations and enhancing guest experiences.
- A passion for hospitality with a keen eye for detail.

Pay: £10.00-£12.50 per hour
