Our team includes Physiotherapists, Sports Therapists, Sports Massage Therapists and Acupuncturists, all working together to support a varied caseload of sports people, active adults, post-injury patients and the local community.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a committed Sports / Remedial Massage Therapist to join our team on a part-time evening basis.
This role would suit someone who wants to be part of a respected local clinic long term, is confident working independently, and is motivated to build a strong, loyal caseload.
This is not a “turn up and massage” role — we are looking for someone who wants to build, retain and grow a strong caseload within a high-performing clinical team.
The role will involve working within a supportive clinical environment, with the opportunity to receive referrals from our physiotherapy and sports therapy team, as well as develop your own regular client base.
We are looking for someone who can offer at least two evenings per week, with the potential to grow hours as your caseload builds.
You will need to be comfortable working independently during clinic hours, managing your own patients professionally, and delivering an excellent patient experience from start to finish.
This role offers the opportunity to work within a busy, respected multidisciplinary clinic, treating a varied caseload including sports injuries, muscular aches and pains, post-injury clients, active adults and maintenance massage patients.
You will have the opportunity to receive internal referrals from physiotherapists, sports therapists and our wider clinical network, while also building your own regular caseload within an established clinic brand.
You will also have access to support, mentoring and CPD opportunities from our senior clinical team, and the chance to be part of a friendly, professional team with high clinical standards.
We are looking for someone who is qualified in Sports Massage Therapy / Remedial Massage — Level 3 minimum, ideally Level 4.
You should be confident with soft tissue techniques, clinical reasoning, assessment and treatment planning, and able to work independently and manage your own caseload safely and professionally.
You will need to be motivated to build and retain a regular client base, and comfortable working towards clinic KPIs, including rebooking, retention, patient experience and diary utilisation.
The successful person will be available for a minimum of two evenings per week, reliable, professional and committed to the long-term growth of the role.

You should be confident speaking to patients, explaining your treatment plan, giving appropriate advice, and encouraging patients to continue care where clinically appropriate.
