As part of our continued growth and investment in our already successful team, York Tyre Sales is looking to welcome a Tyre & Service Advisor/Assistant Manager to join our family-run business
About the Role
You’ll be one of the main points of contact for customers and an important link between customers, technicians and suppliers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming customers in person and over the phone in a friendly, professional manner
- Booking in work and managing the daily diary
- Preparing clear and accurate quotes for tyres, parts and services
- Working closely with our suppliers to source parts and tyres, building and maintaining strong working relationships
- Liaising with the workshop team to keep jobs running smoothly
- Keeping customers informed and managing expectations clearly
- Handling invoices, payments and general front-of-house administration
- Helping keep the reception area organised and professional
What We’re Looking For
Experience in a garage, tyre sales, tyre centre or parts environment would be an advantage, but it’s not essential. The right attitude and approach are far more important.
We’re looking for someone who:

✅Has confidence preparing quotes and speaking with customers

Full training will be provided on our systems, products and processes.
