22.5 hours a week (worked over a 4 week rota pattern)
- Week 1 – Monday 08.00- 16.00 Saturday and Sunday 09.00 -17.00
- Week 2 – Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 08.00 -16.00
- Week 3 – Monday 08.00 -16.00 Saturday and Sunday 09.00-17.00

We have a vacancy for an Estate Worker to join our small Estates Team at our residential centre, in Littlehampton.

About the role
As an Estate Worker, your role is vital in ensuring our recovery centre and its grounds are maintained to the highest standard. Working as part of a team you will have a shared responsibility for the maintenance and upkeep of Marine Court, compromising of the main centre, swimming pools and our garden.
Your day will be varied and you will be undertaking a typical range of maintenance and grounds activities.
About You
This is a fabulous opportunity to join us. It is important that you take pride in your work and will need a good practical level of maintenance skills, have experience using handheld tools, and a flexible approach to the operational demands that come with working on a large site. Your positive attitude and approach will help ensure the upkeep of our centre and that it remains a relaxing and peaceful environment for those staying with us.
Experience of working in a similar estates and facilities environment would be beneficial.
H&S, COSHH and manual handling training would also be an advantage but is not essential as training will be provided.
