The Westbridge Hotel is an independent boutique hotel with 80 bedrooms in the centre of Stratford, East London.
We are looking for a casual breakfast chef to work 1 day per week (sometimes more based on business needs/holidays coverage), 6 hours per shift 6am-12noon to support our friendly kitchen team at breakfast service time. The weekly shift is likely to be on Wednesday.
Main Duties:
- Preparing, cooking and presenting the breakfast buffet
- Preparing and cooking staff food
- Maintain H&S and Food Safety compliance diaries
- Cleaning of the kitchen
- Maintain food & beverage stock
What we are looking for:
- Be competent in all areas of the kitchen
- Previous experience in a similar environment(hotel or restaurant background)
- Be passionate about producing high-quality food
- Be a team player
- Have a good understanding of food hygiene and safety
