We're looking for an energetic,passionate,and hospitality-focused Assistant Manager to join our farmshop & restaurant team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves hospitality,enjoys working with people,and wants to play an important role in creating a welcoming destination that people love to visit.
Working closely with the General Manager and wider team,you'll help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the farmshop and restaurant,supporting the team,maintaining excellent service standards and making sure every guest has a fantastic experience.

Supporting the General manager with the day-to-day operation of the Farmshop and restaurant.

Helping to lead and motivate the team,creating a positive and welcoming working environment.

Taking responsibility for the operation during shifts when required.

Delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring our guests receive a warm,friendly and memorable experience.

Supporting the team with opening and closing procedures and ensuring the restaurant and farmshop are presented to a high standard.

Helping to manage stock,waste and operational standards.

Supporting the delivery of events,promotions and seasonal activities.

Working closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Supporting the training and development of team members.

Dealing confidently and professionally with guest feedback and queries.

Maintaining excellent food safety,health & safety and compliance standards.

Leading by example and being hands-on wherever the team needs support.

Previous experience in a hospitality,restaurant,café,farmshop or food service environment.

Previous supervisory or team-leading experience would be beneficial.

A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering great guest experiences.

Confident,friendly and approachable with excellent communication skills.

Organised and able to remain calm and positive during busy services.

Someone who enjoys working as part of a team and is happy to get stuck in.

A good understanding of food safety,health & safety and hospitality standards.
