Overview
We offer a full time position 39 hours from our Killamarsh based office in Sheffield. We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Estimator to join our growing team, specialising in siphonic roof drainage solutions for commercial construction projects.
Duties
- Reviewing construction drawings and project information.
- Measuring and calculating roof areas for commercial buildings.
- Designing suitable roof drainage solutions using proprietary software.
- Preparing quotations and estimates for projects.
- Liaising with internal teams and supporting project delivery
- Managing project documentation and technical information.
Requirements
- Be computer literate and confident using Microsoft Office.
- Ideally have some experience using Adobe Acrobat / PDF mark-up tools.
- Have good numerical and analytical skills.
- Be organised with strong attention to detail.
- Be willing to learn specialist industry software and systems.
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous estimating or construction experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
