The Front Office Manager oversees the daily operations of the hotel's reception and guest services department. The role ensures a seamless guest experience, manages front office staff, coordinates with housekeeping and reservations, and maintains the hotel's luxury service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the front office, reception, and concierge teams.
- Ensure exceptional guest service from check-in to check-out.
- Resolve guest concerns and handle VIP arrivals professionally.
- Manage room availability and coordinate with housekeeping.
- Recruit, train, and coach front office employees.
- Monitor departmental budgets, staffing, and performance.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health and safety regulations, and brand standards.
Pay: From £5,000.00 per month
