North Star Environmental is a leading asbestos consultancy committed to delivering high-quality asbestos surveying and compliance services across the UK. Due to Continued growth, we are looking for a Quality Assurance Checker to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail who enjoys working in a quality focused environment. Full Training will be provided, making this role suitable for candidates looking to develop a career within the asbestos industry.
The Role
As a quality Assurance Checker, you will play a key role in ensuring our asbestos survey reports, meet the highest standards before they are issued to clients.
Your Responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing Asbestos survey reports for accuracy, consistency and completeness. As per the scope of works.
- Checking reports against company procedures and industry standards
- Ensuring all require information, photographs, plans and recommendations are included.
- Identifying Errors or Discrepancies
- Liaising with surveyors and internal teams to resolve any report queries
- Maintaining high levels of quality and attention to detail
- Supporting continuous improvements to reporting processes
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Written english and proofreading skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Confident using computer based systems
Desirable (but not essential):
- Previous experience in quality assurance, report checking, administration or asbestos consultancy
Full training will be provided.
Pay: Up to £32,000.00 per year
