Job Title: Allocations and Capacity Administrator
Location: Chilwell, Nottingham (Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
Salary: £26,228 base, plus typical monthly bonus
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Your life as an Allocations and Capacity Administrator A varied, fast-paced role where you are responsible for placing work that falls outside of the auto-allocation process providing the soonest dates available, seeking solutions to capacity issues, ensuring we deliver SDL’s excellent levels of customer and client service, and managing capacity in the surveyors’ diaries. You will be a highly driven, adaptable, problem solver with the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
What you’ll be doing:
Allocating all jobs that fall into the unallocated queue within four hours
- Booking all desktops that fall outside of auto-booking and managing the desktop pipeline
- Looking for solutions for escalated cases that need a sooner date or specific appointments
- Providing availability to clients including reviewing work volumes and switching Xit2 offices on/off as needed
- Optimisation
- Managing the Capacity and Allocations inbox, including blocking out diaries for holiday & sickness, adjusting capacity, monitoring BOI desktops, adding technical slots for high value cases and training, adding Network lite/Survey Only appointments, and looking for sooner availability for escalated cases
- Booking high value property appointments
- Proactively seeking extra capacity
- Taking ownership and booking appointments on escalated or time sensitive cases Any other duties as assigned by your Line Manager
