Overview
This is a non-legal, administrative support role where you will work closely with solicitors, assistants, and outsourced teams to ensure all required documentation, data, and communications are processed efficiently and accurately. It’s an ideal role for someone with strong attention to detail.
Duties
- Open and set up new client files on the case management system.
- Request, upload, and distribute property documents such as title deeds, searches, and lender instructions.
- Accurately input and update key data points into case records and document templates.
- Prepare standard correspondence and documentation for solicitor review.
- Monitor shared inboxes and direct emails or documentation to the case handler.
- Coordinate with external partners (e.g. outsourcing providers, search companies, lenders) to follow up on missing or outstanding documents.
- File, scan, and archive electronic and paper documents in accordance with firm policies.
- Support the wider team with general admin tasks as required eg handling submissions and making calls.
Essential Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and familiarity with document handling systems.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear and professional communication skills.

Pay: £23,500.00-£27,000.00 per year
