We’re looking for a proactive and organised Programme Delivery Co-ordinator to join our Asset Management team at PA Housing.
You’ll provide essential administrative support to our Programme Delivery team, helping planned works programmes run smoothly and making sure residents are kept informed and supported along the way.
You’ll work with colleagues, contractors, residents and external partners, helping to coordinate meetings, maintain accurate information and respond to customer enquiries. It’s a varied role where your organisation, communication skills and attention to detail will make a real difference.
And this isn’t just about administration. You’ll be helping to deliver programmes of work in and around residents’ homes, so putting customers first and making sure they receive a great service will be at the heart of what you do.

What you’ll be doing

Provide day to day administrative support to the Programme Delivery team, helping planned works programmes stay organised and on track

Respond to residents’ telephone, email, written and CRM enquiries, making sure they receive a helpful and positive service

Keep resident information, asset data, project spreadsheets and documentation accurate and up to date

Arrange contractor, progress and strategic meetings, including preparing information, taking minutes and sharing actions afterwards

Manage diaries and meetings for the Programme Delivery and Management teams

Help prepare and send letters and communications to residents and leaseholders about planned works

Support the team with tracking properties on planned programmes and providing updates on non-decent homes

Process purchase order requests and support the team with general financial administration

Help share updates about planned works across the organisation through PA Housing’s intranet

Build positive relationships with residents, contractors, colleagues and external partners

Make sure customer feedback and satisfaction information is captured and recorded accurately

Look for ways to improve processes and help the team deliver an efficient, high quality service

What we’re looking for:

Have at least one year’s experience working in an administrative role
-
Enjoy working with people and have a genuine passion for delivering great customer service

Are highly organised and can juggle different tasks and deadlines without losing sight of the detail

Are confident using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
-
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Are comfortable arranging meetings and taking clear, accurate minutes
-
Can build positive relationships with a wide range of people, including residents, contractors and colleagues
-
Are able to take complex information and communicate it in a clear and straightforward way
-
Understand the importance of following policies and procedures while still looking for ways to improve how things are done

Have a good understanding of value for money and the importance of making resources work effectively

Have knowledge of building repairs and maintenance, housing management systems or the Keystone Asset Management system (desirable)

Bring a positive, enthusiastic and ‘can do’ attitude to your work

Are a team player who genuinely puts customers first
