Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and versatile Barista/All Rounder to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialised drinks, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Assist with food preparation, including assembling sandwiches, salads, and other light snacks.
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety standards and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Provide friendly and efficient service to customers, taking orders accurately and handling payments using the till system.
- Manage multiple tasks effectively during busy periods through excellent time management skills.
- Keep the workspace clean, organised, and well-stocked throughout shifts.
- Support team members with general duties such as restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
- Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed diligently.
Experience
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer-facing role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Knowledge of food safety standards is advantageous.
- Experience in serving customers efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanour is desirable.
- Basic maths skills are necessary for handling transactions accurately.
- Familiarity with food preparation tasks and time management skills will contribute to success in this role.
