Job Summary

Duties
- Conduct B2B sales activities through telemarketing and outreach to prospective clients
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities aligned with company objectives
- Engage potential clients via phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings, demonstrating compelling value propositions
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities within CRM software such as Salesforce
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted outreach strategies
- Follow up on leads generated through various channels to convert prospects into clients
- Develop and deliver persuasive presentations tailored to client needs
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new market opportunities
Experience
- Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or business development roles
- Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce or similar platforms
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Prior experience working in a target-driven environment is advantageous
