About the role:
To ensure that all enquiries are correctly identified and that they are, so far as possible, resolved effectively at the first point of contact, by taking ownership of the enquiry / problem through to a resolution point in accordance with service delivery agreements with relevant departments.

What you will do:
Handle inbound calls, emails, and webchat enquiries from members of the public, along with providing face-to-face support at County Hall reception, delivering services in both Welsh and English.
At all times be an ambassador for Customer Services, and Powys County Council, by assisting communications and/or liaison with staff in service departments, senior management, Local Members, members of the public and other agencies.
Dealing with difficult customer issues, resolving complaints from customers and liaising with other service areas to respond to service failures and complaints effectively.

Service: Customer Services
Salary: Grade 6 Point 11 to Point 14 £28,142 to £29,540 per annum £14.58 to £15.31 per hour
