About the role:
The Residence Bar & Kitchen is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic cocktail bartender to join our team. This exciting role combines crafting exceptional cocktails with the opportunity to gain experience in floor service, ensuring you become a well-rounded member of our dynamic team!

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
- Craft and serve a variety of high-quality cocktails with precision.
- Work behind the bar, preparing and serving beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and soft drinks.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth service across both bar and floor areas.
- Stay informed about the menu, offering recommendations and assisting guests with choices.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety, both on the floor and behind the bar.
- Maintain stock levels, replenish supplies and assist with a bar setup and closing tasks
Your Role:
- A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for hospitality.
- Strong communication skills and a team-focused approach.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Previous experience as a cocktail bartender is required with a passion for mixology
- Experience in hospitality is required, but full training will be provided.
