As Audit Manager at Dains Accountants, you will be joining a highly respected audit team, who pride themselves on delivering high quality outcomes, with a friendly and consultative approach. You will be working across a multiple sectors and forming trusted relationships with owner managed businesses, and work in collaboration across the wider Dains firm.

You will manage your own portfolio of clients and build trusting and respectful working relationships.
- You will carry out planning, executing and finalising audit assignments.
- Assist with the development of systems and procedures.
- You will ensure that the highest standards of quality and accuracy are met at all times.
- You will be instrumental in team leadership, line management and career development.
- You will be instrumental in guiding and mentoring junior team members.
- Motivating and supporting team members to achieve their goals.
- Be instrumental in the review process of audit files and completion is in line with best auditing practice.
- Providing advice to clients where action and improvements is required, in a constructive and professional manner.
- Working closely with directors and partners of the audit team in a collaborative and supporting manner.

You will have obtained ACA/ACCA professional qualifications.
- You will be able to build strong client relationship management experience
- Have confidence and tenacity to develop team members
- Good time management skills and able to deliver quality results
- You must be willing and conscientious to deliver high quality results
