Duties
- Perform professional body piercings with precision, adhering to strict health and safety standards
- Consult with clients to understand their desired piercings and provide expert guidance on placement and aftercare
- Maintain a clean, sterile workspace by following proper sanitation procedures for tools and equipment
- Manage appointments efficiently using social media management tools and front desk systems
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions, concerns, and aftercare instructions
- Upsell complementary services such as jewelry upgrades or additional body modifications to enhance client satisfaction
- Promote the studio’s services through social media platforms to attract new clients and build community engagement
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a professional body piercer with a strong portfolio of work
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain procedures and aftercare instructions
- Strong management skills for scheduling appointments and maintaining inventory of jewelry and supplies
- Ability to provide outstanding guest services in a friendly, approachable manner
- Knowledge of hospitality best practices to ensure clients feel comfortable and valued during their visit
- Experience with front desk operations, upselling techniques, and social media management is highly desirable
