Milano Couture | Sales Assistant | Westfield Stratford City
At Milano Couture, we specialise in both formalwear and casualwear, helping customers find the right look for every occasion.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our Westfield Stratford City store.
This role is suited to someone with a strong background in fashion retail, excellent communication skills and confidence working in a fast paced, customer facing environment.
We have a 30 hour contract available which will include weekend work. It is important that you are fully flexible and open to working weekdays, weekends and peak trading periods to support the store’s success.
Pay starts from National Minimum Wage, with daily bonus opportunities based on store performance.
What will you do?
As a Sales Assistant, you will:
- Work towards daily store sales targets and KPIs
- Deliver excellent customer service and styling advice
- Maintain strong product knowledge across formalwear and casualwear
- Support visual merchandising and store presentation
- Keep the store clean, organised and welcoming
- Represent the Milano Couture brand professionally
- Help customers feel confident in what they wear
What qualities will you have?
- Minimum 1 year fashion retail experience
- Excellent English communication skills
- A confident and professional approach to customer service
- A strong interest in fashion, styling and presentation
- The ability to work well as part of a team
- A flexible approach to working hours
- Multilingual skills are beneficial but not essential
