What you'll be doing
As a Registered Nurse, you'll lead your shift and ensure residents receive the highest standards of clinical, physical and emotional care.
You'll:
* Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care in line with our Care Strategy, values and professional standards.
* Lead and support the nursing and care team, promoting best practice and excellent resident outcomes.
* Develop and review care plans and risk assessments, ensuring care is safe, effective and tailored to each resident.
* Oversee medication administration and support staff to maintain clinical competence.
* Work closely with residents, families and healthcare professionals to promote health, wellbeing, dignity and independence.
* Support Lead Nurses with the planning, monitoring and auditing of care.
* Contribute to clinical governance, incident management and continuous improvement.
* Promote a positive, professional and values-based culture across the Home.
* Ensure compliance with the **NMC Code, GDPR, Health & Safety and organisational policies**.

We're looking for a Registered Nurse with strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for person-centred care.
You'll be a confident leader who can support and develop colleagues, work collaboratively with families and healthcare professionals, and continually look for ways to improve resident care and wellbeing.
