We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Marketing Executive who thrives on combining creativity with systems, automation and performance tracking. Reporting into the Marketing Manager this role is perfect for someone who understands both brand storytelling and technical marketing infrastructure — and knows how to connect the two seamlessly.
You’ll lead campaigns from strategy to execution, build high-converting funnels, manage partnerships and ensure our messaging is consistent across every touchpoint.
Role Overview
We are looking for a versatile and data-informed Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the day-to-day champion of our digital presence, keeping our website fresh, tracking what works, and helping us grow our audience.
Our ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable managing content within WordPress and knows how to dig into Google Analytics to see how that content is performing. If you also have some exposure to Google or Microsoft Ads, that’s a bonus, but we are willing to train the right person on the paid advertising side.
Key Responsibilities
● Own the day-to-day updates of our website using WordPress. This includes publishing blog posts, updating landing pages, swapping out imagery, and ensuring formatting looks sharp.
● Routinely monitor Google Analytics (GA4) to track website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance. You will help turn these numbers into simple, actionable insights for the team.
● Assist in building and executing digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, and organic search.
● Ensure all web content is basic-SEO friendly (proper headings, meta descriptions, alt text) to help drive organic traffic.
● Help monitor and optimize our Google Ads and Microsoft Ads accounts. If you don't have deep experience here, you'll work alongside the Marketing Manager to learn the ropes of budget tracking, auction insights, keyword adjustments, and ad copy updates.
Skills & Qualifications
The Must-Haves:
● 1–3 years of experience in a dedicated digital marketing or content management role.
● Strong WordPress Skills: You know your way around the dashboard, block editors (or page builders), and basic plugin management. You don’t need to be a developer, but you shouldn't be afraid of basic troubleshooting.
● Google Analytics Proficiency: You know how to navigate GA4, set up standard reports, and interpret traffic sources and user journeys.
● Excellent Copywriting: Ability to write clean, engaging copy for web pages, blogs, and social snippets.
Nice to have:
● Basic understanding or hands-on experience with Google Ads or Microsoft Ads (PPC).
● Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS (just enough to fix a formatting glitch).
● Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo).
