Job Summary:
We are seeking a confident and people-focused Pub Operations Manager to oversee daily operations at a busy London pub. You will lead the team, maintain excellent service standards and help create a welcoming experience for every guest.

What you'll do:
- Manage daily pub, bar and front-of-house operations
- Lead, support and motivate the hospitality team
- Maintain excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns
- Coordinate staff rotas, training and shift coverage
- Monitor stock, ordering, wastage and supplier deliveries
- Support sales, budgets, labour costs and operational targets
- Maintain food safety, licensing and health and safety standards
- Help plan promotions, events and seasonal activities
- Work closely with kitchen and senior management teams
Requirements:
- Experience in hospitality, pub, bar, restaurant or retail operations
- Some experience supervising or supporting a team
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organised and comfortable working in a busy environment
- Basic understanding of stock control and operational costs
- Willingness to work a flexible hospitality schedule
- Personal licence or relevant hospitality qualification is helpful but not essential

Pay: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
