We're looking for an experienced, motivated and reliable Restaurant Supervisor to join our friendly team in the beautiful coastal village of St Mawes for the upcoming season.

About You
We're looking for someone who is:

Experience & Skills
- Previous hospitality or restaurant supervisory experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience with cash handling, opening and closing procedures, and stock management
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Good attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Ability to work independently while supporting the wider team
