Role Overview
As a Composite Trim & Assembly Technician, you’ll be working hands-on with composite parts, following technical drawings and build manuals to complete high-precision trimming, bonding, and assembly tasks. You'll receive on-the-job training and support from experienced technicians.
Key Responsibilities
- Trim and finish composite parts to exact specifications
- Bond components and complete assemblies using standard processes
- Follow technical drawings and build manuals accurately
- Complete required paperwork including time sheets and route cards
- Maintain a safe, clean work area and comply with all health & safety regulations
What We’re Looking For
Required Skills:
- Experience trimming and bonding composite components using structural adhesives
- Thorough knowledge of composite manufacturing methods including jigging and fixturing
- Confident using hand tools and air tools
- Great attention to detail and pride in your work
- Comfortable working in a high-quality, fast-paced environment
- A team player with a willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
