We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Optical Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support in providing exceptional eye care services to our patients. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring a smooth operation within the practice, enhancing patient experiences, and assisting in the delivery of high-quality optical products.

Duties
- Assist in the fitting and dispensing of eyewear
- Maintain an organised inventory of optical supplies and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns regarding products and services.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of the optical area, including displays of eyewear.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient workflow within the practice.
- Stay updated on new optical products and technologies to provide informed recommendations to patients.
Skills
- Previous optics experience is advantageous, providing familiarity with optical equipment and processes.
- Strong communication skills to interact positively with patients and team members.
- Attention to detail for accurate measurements and fittings of eyewear.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of service.
