Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies
- Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors to ensure a spotless appearance
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and other surfaces to enhance clarity and brightness
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to maintain operational readiness
- Dispose of waste properly and ensure recycling protocols are followed
- Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to supervisors promptly for swift resolution
Experience
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures is advantageous
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Strong attention to detail to ensure all areas meet quality expectations
- Good physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that involve standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment throughout the shift
