We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our vibrant dining establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a comprehensive understanding of food safety and service standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service delivery.
- Manage staff schedules, delegate responsibilities, and oversee daily team performance to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in line with health and safety regulations.
- Oversee food production processes to ensure consistency, quality, and presentation standards are met.
- Lead by example in providing excellent customer service and resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock control, and place supply orders as required.
- Implement and support staff training and development programmes covering hospitality, culinary skills, and food safety practices.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws, licensing requirements, and health & safety regulations.
- Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to optimise workflow and improve overall restaurant performance.
Skills & Experience Required
- Extensive Indian mixed grill experience is essential — candidates must have strong expertise in preparing, presenting, and managing high-quality Indian mixed grill dishes.
- Must be capable of developing, enhancing, and innovating the restaurant’s Indian mixed grill offering to maintain exceptional quality and customer satisfaction.
- Proven ability to develop, improve, and manage Indian mixed grill menus and recipes.
- Previous hotel experience is essential, with a strong understanding of high-volume hospitality operations.
- Proven supervisory or management experience within a restaurant, hospitality, or food service environment.
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food production operations.
- Excellent team management and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Sound knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen operations.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and hospitality industry best practices.
- Previous experience in leadership roles such as Assistant Manager, Head Chef, or similar positions is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.
