We have an opening for someone keen to enter the watchmaking industry. You will primarily be administration focused, handling watches between the customer and our skilled technicians so you must be able to relay information in a clear and concise manner. You will work as part of a busy team and therefore teamwork and a friendly disposition is of the utmost importance, as well as the ability to multitask in a fast paced working environment. This position will also involve competency in Canva and digital design, for which no previous skills or experience is necessary, but they are preferred.
We are looking for someone with good customer service and organisation skills. You will be involved in welcoming and serving our valued customers while handling their timepieces with care and precision, insuring and maintaining our high standard of customer service. Candidates must be proficient in data input and handling details with accuracy and precision.
Our opening hours are Tuesday to Saturday, and this is a full time position of 37 hours a week.
Pay: £12.71-£13.00 per hour
