We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Pharmacy Assistant to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a busy environment, and is looking to develop a rewarding career within community pharmacy.
Previous pharmacy experience is not essential. We are committed to supporting the right candidate with training and development opportunities to build the skills and knowledge required for the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and customers in person and over the telephone.
- Assist with the dispensing process under the supervision of qualified pharmacy staff.
- Handle customer enquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Manage and maintain pharmacy stock levels.
- Receive, organise, and store medication deliveries.
- Assist with medication ordering and inventory control.
- Ensure the pharmacy is clean, organised, and well-presented at all times.
- Support the team with general day-to-day pharmacy operations and administrative tasks.
