Job Title: Field Service Engineer or Workshop Service Engineer
Location: Dinnington, near Sheffield (Coverage mainly in and around Doncaster, Rotherham, Sheffield, Barnsley, Nottingham, Lincoln)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine services and repairs on an extensive hire fleet
- Respond to breakdowns and carry out repairs to forklifts
- Maintain customer-owned equipment
- Work with IC, AC, and DC equipment, as well as hydraulic and access platform equipment
- Utilize hand tools to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
Requirements:
- Previous experience with materials handling equipment
- Proficient with IC, AC, and DC equipment; hydraulic and access platform experience preferred
- Possession of a full UK driver's license
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Punctual, loyal, and a positive 'can-do' attitude
- Initiative and problem-solving skills
