Data analysis / predictive models / Power BI | 32–40 hours per week
Are you driven by data analysis and by building models that turn complex datasets into clear, actionable insights? Do you relish the challenge of uncovering trends and patterns and translating them into compelling Power BI dashboards that have a direct impact on decision-making? Then we are looking for you.
Dental Beauty Partners (DBP) is one of the UK’s leading providers of high-quality dental care, with over 50 dental practices across the country. DBP is part of a leading European dental group, backed by Nordic Capital, that operates across four countries and employs thousands of people.
DBP is built on a strong team concept, integrated quality care and well-designed processes. By working together across the full chain of dental and orthodontic care, we deliver the best possible care and service. Our continued growth calls for people who turn data into insight, and insight into action.
As a Senior Analytics & BI Developer, you sit at the forefront of data: you dive into complex datasets, uncover patterns and build analytical and predictive models that answer business questions. You translate these insights into clear, interactive Power BI dashboards and well-documented datasets that enable stakeholders to steer directly on results. You also understand how to harness the benefits of AI tools and apply them to the workflows of both the BI team and end users. Technology is a means, not an end: you understand how data models and databases fit together, but your strength lies in analysing, modelling and compelling visualisation.
You will work in a hybrid arrangement, combining time at our London office with working from home. You will collaborate closely with the central BI team in the Netherlands, which coordinates BI analysis across the group’s four countries. Together with this team you will exchange ideas, implement standardised solutions and learn from innovations in other countries within the group. You will also work with the Finance department and external consultants to align datasets and enable UK-specific insights.
