Job Description
Active Sport is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Multi-Sports Coach to join our team, delivering fun and engaging after-school sports clubs for primary school children in the Warrington area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about sports coaching, child development, and making a positive impact on young athletes.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-energy, engaging multi-sport sessions for primary school children.
- Ensure all sessions are inclusive, safe, and structured, promoting skill development and confidence.
- Maintain a fun and positive environment to encourage participation.
- Safeguard and supervise children at all times.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and school staff.
- Set up and pack away equipment before and after sessions.
- Adhere to safeguarding and health & safety policies.
Requirements:
- Minimum Level 1 NGB coaching qualification (Multi-sports, Football, or similar) or be studying/completed a University Degree in Sports.
- Driving license and access to a vehicle (preferred).
- DBS checked (or willing to obtain).
- Experience coaching primary school-aged children.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Passion for sports and child development.
