Job Description: Event Marketing Coordinator (Maternity Cover) – Tech Rally
The Event Marketing Coordinator (EMC) will lead Brand Revolution’s operational efforts to oversee the daily program operations of the London-based Tech Rally Residency (TRR). While a dedicated team member manages the Tech Rally Mobile (TRM) duties, you will participate in planning sessions and provide ad-hoc support and operational cover for the mobile program. We are looking for operational excellence, technical confidence, and long-term commercial delivery execution.

- Provide clear, responsive program information to sales makers via email, phone, and video conferencing.
- Gather pre- and post-event status data, customer feedback, and sales maker surveys to continuously enhance delivery and client experience.
- Ensure all localized activities scale perfectly to meet both Brand Revolution and Dell brand standards and expectations.
