We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Pub Manager to join our vibrant team. Duties
- Assist the Pub Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the venue
- Supervise staff including serving personnel, kitchen team, and baristas, fostering a positive team environment
- Lead by example in delivering excellent hospitality and customer service
- Monitor stock levels and liaise with suppliers to maintain adequate inventory
- Assist in organising events or promotions to enhance customer engagement
- Ensure the pub maintains a welcoming atmosphere while adhering to safety standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant, hospitality, or hotel environments with a focus on food preparation and service
- Supervising experience with strong team management skills
- Experience in serving customers in busy settings such as pubs or restaurants
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanour
- Previous experience in barista work or bar management is advantageous but not essential

Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
