About We Make Footballers Gwent
We Make Footballers Gwent is a leading children’s football academy offering professional coaching for boys and girls aged 2–12 in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. Our mission is to give every child a positive introduction to football through engaging, age-appropriate sessions. We focus on learning through play – our toddler classes are taught in a fun, non-competitive atmosphere using imaginative games to keep kids excited and happy while they learn.
The Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable head coaches to lead our Saturday morning “Mini Ballers” sessions for toddlers (ages 2–3) at our Tredegar academy.
- Each class runs for 2 hour.
- All session plans are provided – so you can focus on delivering great coaching and having fun with the kids.
This role is ideal for anyone passionate about early childhood development and football – for example, nursery practitioners, teaching assistants, students, or parents who love the sport. No formal coaching qualifications are required (we provide full training and support from day one), so if you have the energy and passion, you can become a great coach with us.
