Overview

Duties
- Supervise daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to quality standards
- Lead food preparation and cooking activities, maintaining consistency and excellence in every dish served

- Oversee food safety protocols, including proper storage, sanitation, and compliance with health regulations
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of fresh ingredients and kitchen supplies

- Monitor inventory levels, minimize waste, and optimize cost-efficiency across all kitchen activities
