- Support the Facilities Services Manager to make sure contractor work is completed safely, on time, within budget and in line with agreed standards.
-
Help plan and oversee office moves, ensuring they are well organised and cause minimal disruption.
-
Work with the Facilities Technician on maintenance tasks when required.
-
Support with the management of building security including access control, CCTV and key management.
- Assist with regular health and safety audits and building inspections, resolving or raising any issues quickly with the Facilities Services Manager.

- Experience working in facilities management, ideally within a busy facilities team or similar office environment.
-
A genuine interest in building skills and developing within facilities management.
-
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
-
Clear, confident communication skills, with the ability to work well with colleagues, visitors, contractors and suppliers.
-
Good literacy and numeracy skills, with confidence handling everyday records, information and requests.
-
A team-focused approach, with the confidence to work independently when needed.
-
A facilities qualification would be helpful, but it isn’t essential for the role.
-
A proactive, positive attitude and the commitment to follow tasks through.
Due to the nature of the role, this is a fully office‑based position at our Leeds City Centre office.
Some of our benefits include:
-
Salary reflective of experience, circa. £30,500 per annum.
