About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven TikTok Shop Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing TikTok Shop sellers and creators, driving sales performance, optimizing store operations, and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate is passionate about e-commerce, understands the TikTok ecosystem, and is fluent in both English and Mandarin.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of TikTok Shop sellers, brands, or creators, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while providing strategic account support.
- Develop and execute growth plans to increase GMV, traffic, and conversion rates.
- Monitor daily store performance, sales metrics, and operational KPIs.
- Analyze business data and provide actionable recommendations to improve performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including Operations, Marketing, Creator Partnerships, and Customer Service, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Support campaign planning for key promotional events and seasonal sales.
- Identify new business opportunities and upselling potential within existing accounts.
- Keep up to date with TikTok Shop policies, platform updates, and industry trends.
- Prepare regular business reviews and performance reports for clients and management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3+ years of experience in Account Management, E-commerce, Marketplace Operations, or Digital Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop, Amazon, Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, or other e-commerce platforms is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and identify growth opportunities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written), as the role involves supporting English- and Chinese-speaking clients and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with TikTok creators, affiliates, or live commerce.
- Knowledge of performance marketing and social commerce strategies.
- Experience in beauty, fashion, FMCG, or consumer brands is advantageous.
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop Seller Center and related analytics tools.
