Position: Registered Mental Nurse (RMN)

About the role
At The Hamlets, no two days are the same. You'll lead and support a dedicated care team, deliver person-centred nursing care, and be a calm, confident presence for residents navigating complex mental health needs. You'll build real relationships — with residents, families, and colleagues — in a home that values compassion as much as clinical excellence.
What you'll bring
- A valid NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
- Experience working with older people and/or mental health nursing
- A genuinely caring, patient, and proactive approach
- Strong clinical judgement and the confidence to lead when needed
- A great sense of teamwork — and a sense of humour helps too!
