Leda Group are looking for an experienced Working Foreman for a 3-month refurbishment project within a live care home near Surbiton.
The successful candidate will oversee a small team of approximately 4–5 tradespeople, coordinating the day-to-day works while also being prepared to get hands-on and assist with general works where required.
As this is a live care environment, we're looking for someone who is professional, approachable and personable, with the ability to communicate confidently and respectfully with the client, care home staff and residents.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing 4–5 tradespeople on site
- Coordinating day-to-day refurbishment works
- Hands-on assistance with general works where required
- Ensuring works are completed safely and to a high standard
- Maintaining a clean, safe and professional site
- Liaising with the client and care home team
- Ensuring minimum disruption within the live environment
Requirements
- Previous Working Foreman / Site Supervisor experience
- Refurbishment experience
- SMSTS or SSSTS
- First Aid
- Strong communication and people skills
- Hands-on, practical approach
- Experience working within live/occupied environments would be advantageous
3-month contract with an immediate start.
Pay: £260.00 per day
